Chocolate Prices Nudge Up Too

The largest consumer chocolate show takes place from Nov. 10 – 13 in New York City at the Metropolitan Pavilion and the Altman Building. This chocolate show is modeled after the famous Salon du Chocolat in Paris. The show starts on the evening of Nov. 8 with the unveiling of the 2008 Chocolate Fashion Collection.
