America loves chocolate. In a recent survey, 52 percent of adults in the U.S. said chocolate was their favorite favor, replacing the old favorite – vanilla. We love chocolate so much in America that chocolate manufacturers use over 40 percent of all almonds produced in the U.S and 25 percent of all peanuts. Americans also spend over $15 billion dollars a year on chocolate.
