Chocolate Wine

Have you ever had chocolate wine?  I did for the first time the other day when a friend of mine was shopping with me and suggested I look at a bottle of chocolate wine.  At first, I thought they were kidding; I had never heard of chocolate wine.  But it was for real.

It was a Dutch chocolate blended with what they called a full red wine.  I was curious so I bought the bottle and brought it home.  That evening I served it with a nice meal of red meat and fresh vegetables.  I couldn’t wait to try it so when it was the time.  I lifted the glass to my lips and slowly started to sip it.  Wow -what a taste.

It first had the taste of smooth chocolate then suddenly it had an explosive taste of powerful red wine.  The more I drank it the more I liked it.  Try it you might too.
